Spring is a Time of Renewal
We hope that this March newsletter finds you awakening to a renewed sense of wellbeing. This month, as we celebrate spring, and the changing clocks, we gave some serious thought to how important it is to get a good night's rest. This month's blog items are intended to educate people on what we know about how chiropractic care can help with sleep. We even had some fun with a pajama day to bring awareness to sleep issues.
March is also nutrition month and so we approached sleep issues from a nutritional perspective with a discussion on the importance of magnesium for restful sleep.
